Hello sir! i've been using glasses since nearly 10 years and my power kept increasing now its -7.0..i don't experience any irritation but i am concerned my eyes as they are slightly bulging outward ..it's looking terrible and will look worse very soon. si

No worries: depending your age your power may keep increasing but the bulging eyes is not related. your eye will not keep bulging out if it does it is due to another problem. if you older than about 35 your power will not increase much more but if you are in your 20s or younger it will keep increasing.
