Canker sores: Canker sore can be caused by stress, trauma, vitamin deficiency, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune diseases or allergies. Some people are sensitive to SLS , sodium lauryl sulfate an ingredient in many toothpastes. Check the labels and try an SLS free toothpaste and see if this will decrease your canker sores. Good luck.
