Can an H. Pylori stool test be false negative if I was on Nexium (esomeprazole) and Carafate and other ppis for a notable length of time when I gave my sample?
I was diagnosed with a pyloric superficial ulcer with focal intestinal metaplasia within the ulcer on biopsy. What are the chances this turns to cancer and what treatments should be done? Im on nexium. H pylori negative?
