I am currently taking vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) and i have been sick with a stomach bug and i took my medicine this morning and then about 20 mins later i had diarrhea.

Gastroenteritis.: I would doubt that in the context of a stomach bug that the diarrhea would be due to the Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine), (lisdexamfetamine) or that the Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) wouldn't have been appropriately absorbed. The diarrhea is probably just the stomach bug. You can keep taking the Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) without issue.
