Is it prescribed??: If the answer is yes, there shouldn't be a problem. If it's no, then there may well be one. Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is a precursor to amphetamine, and will show up as amphetamine on a drug screen, generally for 2-4 days after ingestion of a single dose. If it is not prescribed, you are dealing with some troublesome issues, which in my humble opinion, the least of which involves getting caught. Talk to your Dr.
