LIstening to Body: Drinking when on mental health drugs is both bizarre and unhealthy in and of itself. Why are you taking vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) when you are drinking heavily. Have you told your physician? Now, your body is mad at you. It is screaming at you to pay attention. You are experiencing these warning signs as cramping and feeling sick. You are being poisoned. Please let this be a wake up call to get help. Please!

See below: It could be many things including pancreatitis or alcohol induced gastritis. I suggest 2 things... Stop drinking and see your pcp.
