Depends: Gastrointestinal symptoms are a common side effect of these medications. They usually go away with time, but if they don't you may have to consider switching medications to something like Strattera (atomoxetine). Hope this helps!

Change medication: If the symptoms are persisting, a change of medication is called for. Ask your doctor about Provigil or nuvigil, which can be effective without significant side effects.
