Common: That's common with chronic urticaria, prednisone was to control a flare up, and not to eradicate it altogether, you still have to be on daily antihistamines to control the chronic condition, better see an allergist / dermatologist if you haven't done so already, check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area, good luck
