No, take as directed: Your body is not able to absorb and/or store that much azithromycin at one time. Taking 3 tablets on the same day will be no better than just taking 1 tablet for 1 day. You should take this and all prescription medication as it is prescribed. There are good reasons that medication is prescribed in particular doses and duration. Even if these reasons are not always apparent.
