Doesn't matter: Neither ranitidine or Omeprazole are classified as antacids. Antacids are things like tums, (calcium carbonate) maalox, rolaids, mylanta, etc. As such, there is no need to wait between taking either ranitidine or Omeprazole and azithromycin.

Several hours: Antacids containing aluminum or magnesium salts( maalox, mylanta) will decrease the absorption of azithromycin, allow several hours between dosing. On the other hand taking omeprazole/azithromycin may result in increased concentration of either drugs thus watch/report increase abdominal distress. Ranitidine may be a better alternative with least reported interaction with azithromycin. Take care.
