See physician ASAP!: See a physician as soon as possible or go to the ER. You may have a thrombophlebitis (blood clot) in the deep veins of the R lower extremity...which is very dangerous if it breaks loose and travels to the lung.

I have had xrays on my left knee to see what is wrong with it due to it being swollen and hurting back in July. I was diagnosed with have patella in both knees. After physical therapy, my swelling went down - but now its back when I am moving a lot. It doesnt hurt but there is a lot of fluid on the knee and it seems to go away when I work out.
