I have tendinitis in my left knee. but now my right knee is swollen too. what could cause that? i have been favoring the left since been in pain. i dont see my doctor until end of november. i see my physical therapist though tomorrow so ill mention

Knee swelling: With symptoms in both knees now this may be arthritis although bilateral tendinitis is possible with fluid collection in the bursa accounting for swelling. I think it's time for you to consult a rheumatologist for diagnosis and treatment. Appropriate testing will be done to look for autoimmune disease, gout, etc.
