You can BUT: my question is whether it is prescribed. If it is, the prescribing doctor and/or your pharmacist should be your primary sources for information, and they need to know about all of your medications. If it is not prescribed, you shouldn't be taking it period. There are no known drug interactions between alprazalam and amoxicillin. Concern about the lortabs is reasonable, but 12h. is long enough.
