It : It sounds like you are an addict. Do you have some form of support? Recovery always goes better with support; i.e., narcotics anonymous. Very few of the doctors I have worked with do outpatient detox protocols with patients as it is risky. At this point, recommend that you work closely with the doctor who has been prescribing the medications.

What is an option?: Outpatient detoxes from both opioids and benzos are available in some places, but not many. If the problem is serious enough that you put your please help in capital letters with 5 exclamation points, then it should be important/serious enough to get the help you need without preconditions. Benzo withdrawal, esp from xanax, (alprazolam) can cause seizures, including "status" seizures (one after another)/death.
