See dermatologist: I always recommend anything that has tendency to scab and bleed get seen by a dermatologist. Better to be safe and you live in sunny area which leads to higher risk of skin cancer, but it is not necessarily that, but best to get it checked out.

Best to get exam: If this has been present for 6 weeks and continues to scab, it would be best to have your Health Care Provider exam it.
