Unlikely: It is possible, but unlikely. Pain to one side usually suggest a source other than the bladder. Best to see your doctor for evaluation

Have seen it with IC: Pain & tenderness associated with IC is usually more mid-line. More often more on one side than on the other. Often confused with or can be associated with endometriosis or PID (Pelvic inflammatory disease. www.ichelp.org is an excellent information source regarding Interstitial Cystitis.
