Strange combination: Marvelon + Vagifem is a bit of strange combination. Marvelon is a combination birth control pill used to prevent pregnancy. Vagifem is a Estrogen supplement used when menopause is affecting the vagina. If menopausal you shouldn’t need Marvelon and if premenopausal then you shouldn’t need Vagifem. I would have the bleeding evaluated and discuss the medication options.
