Controversial: some will recommend surgery for recurrent sinus infection before trying less invasive solutions. you describe findings from a ct scan, but these describe inflammation of the sinus mucosa and infection is but one potential cause. Infections should be treated (sometimes with antibiotics), but the inflammation or anything predisposing the sinus to becoming infected/inflamed should be addressed
