They are natural : Part of aging. You're young so there's no worries. It's the shadows created by the creasing or wrinkling of the vitreous humor or jello of your eyeball on itself. The shadow cast on the retina looks like lines, but are really just shadows of the creases as light passes through. So there's really nothing floating around as hairs or lines.Eventually, they move away from the ctr. & you don't see it.
