? Normal finidings: You should keep in contact with your ophthalmologic retinal specialist in that symptoms could indicate serious retinal problems. Changes in symptoms may reflect advancing pathology.

Unlikely.: There is no association between your ear symptoms and your floaters. Ocular pain is not a feature of floaters. The symptoms you are experiencing are unrelated to each other.
