Participation in : aerobic exercise like running on a closed track under supervision actually helps reduce the frequency of seizures in some patients. However, you need to ask your neurologist if it is the right thing for you to do, as your school will require a medical release. Since your seizures are not controlled by your current regimen, also ask your neurologist if other treatment options are available.
