I removed my own stitches and just noticed where the stitch went through the skin had like a zit type bump which i popped it wasn't chunky or anythin.

Watch it: probably nothing to worry about, especially if the stitches were visible and you think you successfully removed all of them. watch for signs of swelling, expanding redness or increasing pain.
