Well ...: Anxiety is really a subjective experience. And you're in a really stressful point in your life right now. So, in all honesty, the best advice I could offer is that there is no harm in talking to your doctor about what's going on ... So what do you have to lose? H/she might be able to help. As well, talking to one of the psychologists at your college might also be a benefit. Hope that helps!
