Expert Team/Teamwork: 1st step is good needs assessment i consider it vital 2team up w/child's pediatrician + a trusted child psychiatrist and child's parent(s)/caretaker(s). Also think it impt 2 assess child's strengths/problem solving +coping abilitiies + her/his skills, level of motivatiin & insight. Since her/his support network will make a big difference 2 treatment, i consider it impt 2involve them closely.
