Strange: Usually you can get more than one charley horse at a time but they usually come and last a short time and cause very intense pain. Then they can ease up and leave you sore. If they happen in rapid succession usually you have more of a muscle spasm or twitch. These are not as severe as the other problem. In either case it usually is nothing bad unless persists. If no other changes can watch.
