I think you will: really benefit! That's a big commitment but if you can do it, great for you. It should provide great nutritional support with lots of cancer and chronic disease fighting potential. It will fill you up and make it less likely for you to eat "junk." Be sure you get enough protein from healthy fish/poultry/egg/bean sources, about 60 grams a day. Your GI tract will gradually adjust to all this fiber
