Eat balanced diet: A balanced diet of proteins, carbs and fat gives you adequate protiens. Most people need about 75-100grams of proteins a day which can be achieved by having one or two food items with good protein levels daily. This should include dairy products(milk, yogurt), eggs, fish or other meats/poultry, soy products and nuts.
