No such thing: First, have you cleared any weight lifting you are doing with your pediatrician? Weight training in teens can stunt growth. This is very real advice. Second, there are no vitamins that help muscle growth. Protein and good hydration and the proper rest between work outs are vital for good muscle health. Please make sure you are not harming your future with your weight training.

Mixed diet: No vitamins promote muscle growth. Some are needed for normal function of muscles. If you are eating a normal mixed diet you do not need supplements.
