Of what?: you were prescribed 50 mg of what, vertigo medicine or what. I am assuming it is a vertigo medicine, how long it take to feel good depend what is causing the vertigo some time vertigo could be a life time kind of disease you might have to be on medicine the rest of your life too continue to feel good
