Not an STD: No STD or any other infection from sexual contact is a likely cause of such symptoms. Almost certainly your symptoms have nothing to do with that event, unless due in part to anxiety about it -- and certainly anxiety is the most common cause of complaints like these. Continue to work with your doctor, or maybe counseling. Good luck with it.
