Why does my lips itch, bump on my tongue and getting pimples on my face?

Allergic reaction: This sounds uncomfortable if not painful. I wonder if the pimples are really acne or if it's actually some other kind of rash which in turn could be related to the symptoms from you lip and tongue. An allergic reaction comes to mind.
