Backache: There are several reasons that this could be the case. That part of of your back could always be in a state of sub acute inflammation and when you get sick it could be affected more easily than the rest of your body just as when you get muscle/joint aches in a fever. The inflammation in the back is usually due to weak core muscles, incorrect posture, etc.
