I've been having lower back pain and body aches with a sinus infection. i've had many sinus infections in the past but never had these symptoms before?

Sinusitis: If you have been diagnosed with this by your physician, it is best to talk to her. However, muscle aches can accompany sinus infections and also fatigue is a common one. However, being examined by your physician is recommended for the back pain since it is a new issue.
