Need more info...: How long does it last? Is it sharp, dull, does radiate anywhere? Does it hurt when you press on the spot or stretch? Worse with breathing? Any recent trauma or illness? Usually, MILD chest pain in teenagers is not serious and goes away on its own. BUT if you're worried, or you've ever fainted, feel like your heart is beating out of your chest, or pain radiates down your arm, see a doc right away.
