Can epiddymitis inflammation have an effect on the testicle and cremaster muscle? can it be seen on ultrasound?

Infection spreads: Epididimytis can spread to testicles if not treated. Usually it is treated and resolves. Both infections can be seen with ultrasound

Very rarely: A single epididymal infection, epididymitis, will very rarely cause a problem with the testicle, and the cremaster muscle is not at all a concern.
