Can a penile chordee cause cremaster muscle or testicle area soreness? i have a slight side chordee & during/after erections pain & soreness on perennial area develops on same side of chordee. urolgst checked & said testicle normal & not from testcl?

Perineal pain is not caused by chordee or cremasteric muscle. Pl see your MD or gen surgeon for cause. Good luck
