Why do eyes still burn after putting eye drops(preservative free)? i have dry eye.

Irritation: Dry eyes are predisposed to ocular surface changes that can have varied symptoms, such as foreign body sensation, blurry vision, redness, pain, heaviness, fatigue with prolonged near vision tasks, reflex tearing or absence of tearing to name a few. Dry eye therapy involves many approaches to treating & helping improve the symptoms. Even the treatments can have associated irritations.
