Can you give yourself a gran mal seizure? Is it mostly hereditary epilepsy or head injury
I'm 21M,Afraid of having seizure,never had one, don't have epilepsy, nor head injuries, just had panic attacks and stress can they induce? Afraid to watch TV or video games as it makes me nervous of having seizure? Any help?
