I'm 21m,afraid of having seizure,never had one, don't have epilepsy, nor head injuries, just had panic attacks and stress can they induce? afraid to watch tv or video games as it makes me nervous of having seizure? any help?

Find a life coach/therapist that can teach you stress management/relaxation skills. During this process you may discover the trigger to your obsession with a health problem, which you can then work on. Do the work and life can be better.

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Epilepsy does not develop due to anxiety and panic attacks, but on occasion, NON-EPILEPTIC events have been noted when the psychological issues are ignored. Therefore, as suggested, get proactive, find a counselor, and get this addressed. Other valuable approaches may include biofeedback therapy, acupuncture, aerobic exercise, and meditation.
