Not good: How was diagnosis of staff made? Culture I assume. What kind of staff? What was did the sensitivity studies of the staff show re what antibiotics it is sensitive to? 3 weeks, 3 diff abx and still new lesions, you need to see infectious disease specialist. May not be bacterial at all with this history. Best of luck with this.
