Staph infection: Add bleach to your bath water and soak.for 5 to 10 minutes. Add a half-cup of 6% bleach (ultimate concentration of bath water was 0.005% bleach). http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/707974 Change underwear frequently and wear loose(not tight) clothing to let skin breathe.

Wrong diagnosis: There is no drainage so it is probably not staph. "Antibiotics"??? Exactly which ones in what doses for how long? Get a second opinion, preferably a dermatologist. Do not foolishly let the Dr guess about any of your meds or tests. Be prepared to list exactly the entire history of this.
