RUQ Pain: Not all RUQ pain are from the gall bladder. Your pain probably not from the gall bladder problem to start with, it could be from the stomach, muscular or neuropathic pain. The loose stool might be consequence of the gall bladder removal. Have yourself examined again and look for other causes for the pain
