Odd: Your serum ALT is normal. You had RUQ and generalized abdominal pain with radiation to the back for 3 years? Why did you wait so long to see a doctor? You could have postcholecystectomy diarrhea. Your doctor can tell you more about this and possible treatment options. You may want to reduce the amount of fat in your diet. Other treatment measures include antispasmodics or cholagogues.

I have been diagnozed with IBS. I have loose stools most day, and yellow urine which is darker in the mornings. my liver/kidney function test was normal apart from slightly raised Bilirubin. I have had an endoscopy and sigmoidoscopy which were both normal

Bilirubin and Albumin have both increased over the last two weeks with RUQ pain. All other labs are now normal. ALT decreased. U/S shows fatty liver. What could this indicate? I did fast 14 hours prior to labs?
