GERD would not : cause these abnormalities in your urine.I would like to know what your liver enzymes are. Have you noticed any jaundice( yellowing of the white part of your eyes)?The protein in your urine should also be looked into with a serum Creatinine and BUN & a 24 hour urine to quantify the amount of protein being lost in the urine. You may want to discus this with your current doc or get a second opinion.
