Need more info: Your blood pressure appears normal. Occam's razor prevailing, I must ask you if you enjoy the recreational use of intranasal cocaine, which could account for this entire symptom complex. This question is prompted by my cursory review of your presentation with limited information. If the epistaxis does not stop with applied pressure and your heart rate continues to remain high, see your doctor.
