Various causes: Low blood pressure in young women is common and may be harmless unless it results in lightheadedness. It can also be caused by certain medications,anemia,varicose veins, glandular abnormalities,standing too quickly, heart disease. Heart rates under 55/min can be problematic and can be due to abnormal intrinsic pacemaker, underactive thyroid,certain medications or be normal. Your MD can advise you
