High blood pressure can be a cause of nose bleeds, but if bleeding always occurs from the same nostril, the bleeds may have.more to do with a dry patch.in the nasal membrane than the hypertension. If this is the cause, apply a thin film of white vaseline to the dry patch each night. Nevertheless your BP goal should be 130/80 or lower.
