Insomnia: I would really like to help you, especially if you have work duties during the day which your insomnia is causing problems with. I need to know how long you have had this problem, what medications/drugs you might be taking, what is going on in your personal life right now, any traumatic events of childhood, and what "FFI" and "SFI" refer to. I am unfamiliar with these acronyms. I'm sorry.
