Internal clock: disruption.The best way to readjust your internal sleep clock is exposure to sunlight at or just after dawn.If possible,open curtains and let the sun rays stream in your bedroom.This will cause an involuntary release of natural "wake up" chemicals.When u get up U must not nap Durring the day and try to go to bed about 8 hours before dawn and repeat the cycle.If this fails,see ur doc for help.
