Depends: This all depends on several factors: age, weight, height, and activity level. Depends: Will depend on your weight, activity level, if you wish to lose, gain or maintain weight. When you do carbs, however it is important to use complex carbohydrates which are less impact on your pancreas, blood sugar. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables and beans are good sources of healthy carbs.
