What's your...: ...activity level, body habitus/weight, co-morbidities to name just a few factors that are needed to accurately calculate your carbohydrate limits. I see as well that you have diabetes as another consideration.

Depends: This all depends on several factors: age, weight, height, and activity level. Depends: Will depend on your weight, activity level, if you wish to lose, gain or maintain weight. When you do carbs, however it is important to use complex carbohydrates which are less impact on your pancreas, blood sugar. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables and beans are good sources of healthy carbs.
